Millet is considered a “nutri-cereal” because it is high in fiber and protein and rich in B vitamins, phosphorus & manganese. Magnesium is a mineral that has been shown to help relax muscle and nerves, reduce the severity of asthma and migraine attacks, build and strengthen bones, as well as lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attacks. Re- discovered as a healthy seeded-grain, millet has been shown to help in controlling diabetes, lower levels of triglycerides, and reduce inflammation. Millet also contains calcium, iron, and zinc. Visalaskshi health mix is prepared by these types of millet to the younger generation based on the tips and tricks of older generation.

Preparation Method for Adai Dosa Mix
Add chopped onion, Greenchilli, Karuveppilai, Coriander, Asafoetida, pinch of turmeric powder, and also if you need to like add chopped carrot, Beet–root, Cabbage, or Moringa leaf, other Greens into the adai dosa mix. Then add 350ml water and keep it aside for 1 hour. In a shallow pan heat the oil or ghee. Fry the n till golden brown and serve with coconut chutney.
